Ally Bloss-Baum, a junior in hospitality management, was excited to travel to Chicago this summer for an internship with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, a restaurant group in the city. But when COVID-19 hit in the spring, the company created a remote learning program for the interns to learn from leadership and interact with each other from afar.
